Security Guard
| Every weekend during the boating/swimming season, we have a security guard on duty. |
The guard monitors the gate traffic, patrols around the subdivision roads, pilots the patrol boat citing boaters for water rules violations, and checks boats being launched for proper sticker and ID.

| Pontoon Boat Trailer |

The LTPOA pontoon boat trailer is parked and locked in he Community House parking lot.
It can be used by any homeowner to launch or remove a pontoon boat from the lake for a $10 rental fee.
